Mission Team Role
The role of the mission team is to:
• Manage the mission budget, including considering applications for financial support
• Stimulate interest in mission
• Provide information and resources to cells on effective mission support
• Provide information and resources on mission opportunities
• Help individuals explore a call to mission
• Ensure two-way communication between church and missionaries/mission projects.
